The Last O.G. on TBS

Ok, after 3 episodes, it’s pretty safe to say that The Last O.G. is morally, ethically, spiritually, physically, positively, absolutely, undeniably and reliably HILARIOUS!! I haven’t lol’ed from watching a scripted comedy show since Martin and Bernie Mac. Tracy Morgan is spot-on in his character. I love how they made Brooklyn not only a location but a character in the storyline. I know Tiffany Haddish is from South LA, but she fits right in as a BK chic. After listening to her book, I’m a huge Tiffany Haddish fan. There are also a few stand-up comedians I’m familiar with who are also cast members. And other known actor/comedians are a part of or in it are Malik Yoba as Wavy, Cedric The Entertainer (when is he gonna change his name tho) as the halfway house supervisor and Jordan Peele is the show’s creator and writer. I give it TWO THUMBS UP!!

If you haven’t seen it yet, shame on you. And if you don't laugh out loud, you most likely don't have a soul. There's help for that.

About the show (from TBS.com)

Tray (Tracy Morgan) is an ex-con who is shocked to see just how much the world has changed when he is released from prison for good behavior after a 15-year stint. Returning to his newly gentrified Brooklyn neighborhood, he discovers that his former girlfriend, Shay (Tiffany Haddish), has married an affable, successful white man (Ryan Gaul) who is helping raise the twins (Taylor Mosby and Dante Hoagland) Tray never knew existed. Wanting nothing more than to connect with his kids, but having neither the money to support them nor himself, Tray falls back on the skills he learned in prison to make ends meet while treading unfamiliar territory.

In case, you don’t know the schedule, The Last O.G. airs on Tuesdays @ 10:30pm on TBS. I am surprised as you are that it’s on TBS. I mean…
