List of events we can provide services for: audition reels, award shows, baby showers, birthday parties, bar mitzvahs, bridal showers, character profiles, corporate conferences, engagement videos, LIVE broadcasts (web and in-person), memorial services, red carpet premieres, social gatherings, school photos, stage productions, virtual events, weddings.

Rates listed below.

Audio Technician

For podcasts, voice over, voice recording
- $250 for 2 hr minimum, $25 per additional hour. $100 deposit required to book date.
- Audio package includes:
  - 1 hr consultation. Fill out form to schedule consultation.
  - One (1) audio recording with professional audio equipment
  - Location of client’s choice
  - Contractual agreement will be provided. Client can receive ONE draft before final edit.
  - Audio files sent via WeTransfer to confirm proof of receipt. If a USB copy is requested by the client, an extra $25 charge will be applied. Flash drives are sent in certified mail to confirm receipt.
  - Coverage begins at time of arrival.

Photography

$450 for 2 hr minimum per photographer, $50 per additional hour. $175 deposit required to book date.
Photo package include:
- 1 hr consultation. Fill out form to schedule consultation.
- Personalized itinerary for the event day
- Location of your choice (outside of NYC: Add $50 per day)
- Contractual agreement will be provided.
- Unlimited photos of event with professional DSLR camera. Online gallery of images for viewing, downloading and sharing on Flickr.com.
- Coverage begins at time of arrival.

Graphic Designer

event flyers, logos, animated logo, business cards, display signage, personalized QR codes, brochures, banners, lower thirds, opening/closing credits, titles here

$450 for 1 final EDIT of graphic design once approved. Client will have access to a viewing platform to view and approve from 3 different versions of artwork.
Service package include:
- Up to 1 hr consultation. Fill out form to schedule consultation.
- Personalized design for the event day
- Contractual agreement will be provided.
- Printable versions of approved design as
  - One (1) white background, jpeg file.
  - One (1) black background, jpeg file.
  - One (1) transparent background, png file.

Videography/Cameraperson

Option A - $550 with 2hr minimum, $75 per additional hour
- Includes up to 5 min EDITED video coverage of event
- $225 deposit required to book date.
Option B - $650 with 3hr minimum, $75 per additional hour
- Includes 5-10 min EDITED video coverage of event
- $325 deposit required to book date.
Option C - $850 with 3hr minimum, $75 per additional hour
- Includes 10 - 30 min FINAL EDITED video coverage of event
- $400 deposit required to book date.
Option D - $1050 with 3hr minimum, $75 per additional hour
- Includes over 30 min FINAL EDITED video coverage of event
- $500 deposit required to book date
Video packages include:
- One consultation, up to 1 hr. Fill out form to schedule consultation.
- Personalized itinerary for the event day.
- Professional video and audio recording of event with professional equipment.
- Location of your choice (outside of NYC: Add $150 per day)
- Contractual agreement will be provided. Client can receive ONE draft before final edit.
- Video files sent via WeTransfer to confirm proof of receipt. If a USB copy is requested by the client, an extra $25 charge will be applied. Flash drives are sent in certified mail to confirm receipt.

Virtual Consultation

If you have a live event in pre-production and need a professional producer to discuss how to achieve your vision for your project, I offer virtual consultation to assist.
- $150 for a 1 hr online consultation to discuss creative services needed to make your production/event a success.
  - $50 per additional hour.

Technical Director/Board Switcher

Also known as Audio/Visual Technician, Studio Technician, Studio Technical Director, Field Board Switcher

$750 for 4 hr minimum (set-up, broadcast & wrap), $50 per additional hour. $150 deposit to book date. Package includes:
- 1 hr consultation. Fill out form to schedule consultation.
- LIVE Broadcast of event using broadcasting software. Lower-third graphics are included, guests’ names must be provided up to 24 hrs prior to event. Streaming platform login details must be provided.
- Location of choice. Wifi must be provided.
- Contractual agreement will be provided..
- Event recording sent via WeTransfer and/or flash drives in certified mail to confirm receipt of transfer and/or download.
- Coverage begins at time of arrival.

Wedding Services

All wedding packages include:
- Pre-wedding consultation, up to 2 hours.
- Personalized wedding itinerary for the wedding day
- Location of your choice (outside of NYC: Add $150 per day)
- Contractual agreement will be provided.
- Two (2) professionals for 9 hours on the wedding day: 1 photographer, 1 videographer.
- Unlimited photos of engagement shoot. Online gallery of images shared on Flickr.com.
- Up to 5 min edited video of pre-wedding/engagement video profile
- Unlimited photos of wedding day. Online gallery of images shared on Flickr.com.
- 10-30 min edited video of wedding ceremony and reception.
- Coverage begins at time of arrival.
- Client can receive ONE draft before final edit.
OPTION A – $2500 (w/. 1 videographer & 1 photographer day of wedding, engagement shoot AND engagement video). $700 deposit required to book date.
OPTION B - $2100 (w/ 1 videographer & 1 photographer day of wedding, engagement shoot OR engagement video), $600 deposit required to book date.
OPTION C - $1800 (w/ 1 videographer & 1 photographer day of wedding only), $500 deposit required to book date.
